Banana & Marshmallow candy


Hi !

Today we prepared something amazing and we want to share it with you.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pack of marshmallow
  • 1 white/milk chocolate

PREPARATION
  1. Cut bananas into small slices.
  2. Put marshmallows and bananas on skewers.
  3. Melt chocolate and decorate candies.
 

Polish Easter Cake - Babka

Today we have prepared something different for You. Hope You enjoy it !

Ingredients

  • 3cups plain flour
  • .66cup milkluke warm
  • 0.5cup icing sugarplus extra for decorating
  • 100gr unsalted buttermelted
  • 2tsp dried yeast
  • 50gr mixed peelor orange or raisins
  • orange flavouring or extractjust a few drops
  • 1pinch salt
  • butterfor greasing mould

    Preparation


    1. Combine the flour, egg yolks, milk, sugar, salt, orange peel and orange extract in a freestanding mixer. Mix for 5 minutes, the dough should look sticky and shiny. Alternatively tip all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with your hands for about 10 minutes. Add the melted butter but by bit, mixing after every addition. Ensure the butter is not hot. Mix until smooth.
    2. Transfer the dough into a clean bowl sprinkled with flour. Cover the bowl with oiled cling film and leave to rise in a warm place. The dough needs to double its volume. Grease the cake mould with butter. Remove the dough from the bowl, knead briefly and transfer into the mould. Set aside again until the dough doubles its volume again.
    3. Heat the oven to 170-180C and bake for about 45 minutes. Cool and decorate with the leftover icing sugar.

    CAKE POPS RECIPE

    Ingredients


    • ¼ cup / 50 g of butter
    •  ¼ cup / 55 ml of milk 
    • 1/3 cup / 75 g of brown sugar 
    • 1 large egg (60 g)
    •  1 yolk 
    • 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder 
    • 1 cup / 130 g of flour ¼ cup  
    • 1 chocolate

    Do it this way

    1. Preheat the oven at 375 F / 190°C.Melt the butter in the microwave, add the milk, sugar, egg and yolk.
    2. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and beat until the mixture is smooth.
    3. Make knobs.

    4. Bake the Cake Pops in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 375 F / 190°C until they have risen.Remove from the oven, leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from mould. 
    5. Insert the sticks into each Cake Pop.
    6. Dissolve the chocolate and coat Cake Pops with it.

    VANILLIA CUPCAKE RECIPE

    CUPCAKE RECIPE 
    Ingredients:
    • 2/3 cup butter, softened
    • 3/4 cup superfine sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.
    2. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each one. Stir in the vanilla and flour just until mixed. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, dividing evenly.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, 18 to 20 minutes. Cool in the pan set over a wire rack. When cool, arrange the cupcakes on a serving platter.
